Description:
This project explores the fusion of artificial intelligence, semiotics, and turntablism, creating a multi-sensory experience where an AI-generated image speaks for itself. Using advanced AI algorithms, an image was first created and then given a voice, generating a new form of digital storytelling.To push the experiment further, real scratches were added on the turntables, intertwining analog and digital realms. The result is a dialogue between machine-generated speech, symbolic representation, and human musical expression, illustrating the limitless potential of AI in creative processes.This work stands at the intersection of technology and art, questioning the nature of identity, authorship, and human-machine collaboration.

CT 2022-V1 est la première édition d’une série d'expositions mettant en corrélation des œuvres d’artistes en lien avec l’espace, le temps, la réalité, et des capsules temporelles hermétiques scellées dont le contenu reste secret jusqu’à une date d’ouverture ultérieure.
Conçue comme une extension d’œuvre, un module aléatoire, la capsule temporelle en acier inoxydable pose une archéologie intime qui peut se rendre collective, exposée, détournée, flottante, au gré des vagues temporelles qui la pousse de façon stochastique vers une destination et un destinataire inconnu.
La capsule temporelle est une boîte noire dont la lumière se propage à la vitesse des années qui passent, enterrée ou posée face à soi, elle n’est que le reflet de nous-même. Nous faisons “nôtre” son intérieur, une forme inconsciente puisque non accessible. Le fait de savoir qu’elle existe, qu’elle se trouve à un endroit fixe de notre mémoire est rassurant. Nous voudrions avoir plusieurs de ces points fixes remplis d'inconnus, ces parties de néant que nous transportons de façon virtuelle, des bulles de chaos maîtrisé, contenus, prêtes à exploser un jour.
Elle est ainsi un marqueur du temps, un faiseur de temps même puisque le temps n’est qu’une mesure, celle subjective de notre relation au monde, aux autres et à nous même. Et le temps à besoin justement de montres et de rencontres qui puissent se faire. Cette rencontre c’est celle d’un artiste qui propose à d’autres artistes un voyage particulier, inédit. Une boîte vide, brillante, ouverte à tous les possibles, gravée de deux mots : “capsule et temps”.
L'imaginaire est infini, et ne s’enferme pas, il va s’exprimer pour chacun par un détournement, le début d’une relation intime avec l’objet, posé sur le bureau de chacun, à l’observer, ouverte, en attente.
C’est alors que s’opère l’opération magique, l’objet devient un en.soi, chacun se l’approprie comme un territoire de 100 cm2. le temps et l’espace se rejoignent dans les attaques des possibles, déformations, transformations, triturations, messages enroulés les uns dans les autres, 4ème dimension qui engouffre chacun dans un démultiplié de choix, à se demander ce que l’autre, le spectateur, va recevoir, comprendre, imaginer... Car ce qui se passe, c’est bien un transfert d’imagination, celle de l’artiste confronté à celle du spectateur, un lègue de l’un à l’autre, presque une torture mentale puisque le verrou de la date fige cet échange pour plusieurs années, voir pour toujours ou … à jamais.
L’œuvre d’art est toujours mystérieuse, propre à de multiples interprétations et avec ce projet, c’est la définition même de l’art qui se trouve plus que jamais en exposition.
